      Get to float for free

      Cons

      horrible turnove, bad pay, "bonuses" that aren't attainable because all your time is spent hiring new people. Low pay brings in more poor employees than quality ones, so even the ones that stay more times than not are incompetent. They have NO IDEA what they're doing.

      You can float in the floatation tanks as a perk to the job. It's very relaxed.
