I've learnt so much already from several people within the RE team and across the portfolio of Joint Ventures who are just a phone call away and always happy to help.
- We've had several training days down in the London HQ which has been great with lots of practical and easily implementable methods of improving and seminars in our Manchester office from Sam the Head of Marketing who is brilliant at her job and has a great insight into how to more effectively market yourself, your brand and your roles which has already increased traction and engagement from candidates!
- Brilliant office atmosphere. The team are all really friendly, funny, supportive and ambitious, which has created the ideal melting pot for enjoying coming to work everyday, but also wanting to continually improve. I've personally beaten my best ever billing month and quarter in the first 6 months working here which is largely down to the support of Andrew the Director who instils belief and confidence and the team environment we've got here.
