      Great staff, highly recommend. What stood out most was the camaraderie. Management really and truly cares about their employees. Competitive pay and thorough training/support.

      This is one of the best work environments that I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. The supervisors are awesome and the team of people I worked with were amazing.

      The workload is very easy

      Cons

      The management does not care at all about your personal safety while climbing. There are no safety standards in place. This company breaks all OSHA compliances regarding climbing and set safety standards in the tower industry, management simply only cares about their network not your safety in any way shape or form.
