I want to assure you that the leadership team at Urban Barn is very appreciative of the efforts and contributions that our store teams make each day and are committed to delivering on an exceptional employee experience.
Over the last several months I have personally traveled across the country meeting with groups of our employees in all Regions to better understand their experience and discuss the feedback they have shared with us in the employee focus group. We are fully committed to continuing to improve and have put a number of initiatives in place to address issues and continue to strengthen our company culture.
