      Pros

      Relaxed environment Great corporate culture (summer softball, in-house parties, lounge area with pool table, onsite gym) Lots of parking for drivers Supportive of educational pursuits; benefits include reimbursement for professional development

      Cons

      Small company, not a lot of opportunity for advancement unless you're interested in project management Building is always cold as it was converted from warehouse space Not a lot of places in the area to buy lunch Commuting can require more than one transfer depending on where you're coming from

      Pros

      I've been with the company for under a year and I've had an excellent experience thus far. Owner/company is very generous. They treat their staff well. Interesting/challenging projects. A lot of room for growth. Generally friendly staff.

      Cons

      There are a few old guys working on site that should retire (bitter, jaded, etc.).

      Great People Great pay and benefits Good projects and lots of upcoming work good work culture

      Cons

      Some employees will wait until the project is in trouble to assist to make themselves look good. Don't care about the team. Bad politics
