Its a company in continuous improvement, with a high potential path for growing in the future; a mix of very good products, a robust portfolio of customers and a very efficient Chemical Technology Group in India supporting the group.
Cons
A constant overlapping of functions and activities; a new top management in Mexico is in his first director position and still in the learning curve and doing some things wrong in the way, but its part of the process to be a good company director in the future
