      We've built a strong vision for how an agency can balance the lives of its employees with the work we do for our clients. Our most essential resource is our people, and we work tirelessly to constantly improve theirs and our collective situations.

      Cons

      Agency life can be tough. It's hard work, sometimes it's long hours and things don't always run smoothly. We want people on our team who are passionate, critical thinkers that know how to collaborate and operate with flexibility and accountability.

      Pros

      The colleagues, although there are a few that are just lazy.

      Cons

      Lack of structure and management. Tries to give off the "start-up" vibe, but it's all a front. The work you do there is minuscule and could probably be done all from home. If you do decide to work here, prepare to get stuck in pointless "brainstorming meetings".
