Pros

Everyone in the company lives and breathes a culture of open communication and support. They believe great people make great products and obsess over customers. The technology is class-leading and solves a unique business problem.

Cons

Not really a con... but even though the company is growing, and they have structure, following a hierarchy for communication is not required. Everyone is encouraged to communicate with people at all levels.

Pros

It’s a Boston based startup trying to do something amazing! Because it’s so small, you have autonomy and are forging your own path with the support of the entire team. Being an early employee, you will be able to start working the founding team immediately and advance through the ranks quickly as the company begins to scale. It’s located in downtown crossing and is easy to get to from any line.

Cons

Because it’s a startup they don’t have all the answers. The team is learning every day. St this moment there don’t have benefits.
