      - no product market fit - lack of sales - poor adoption of new platform - company has an identity crisis - new management making peculiar decisions, hiring their friends - massive layoffs leaves more questions than answers

      -Flexibility -Emotionally Competent Managers -Selling a niche product -Fully Work From Home, Generous PTO -Smaller team, plenty of time for 1v1 training

      Cons

      -Longer term SDR position, great money to be made if you can perfect the craft. -Don't get to see the entire team in person, maybe once a year.

      Miserable place to work with unrealistic goals archaic ideas around what SaaS sales is. They do not care about you.
