As you mentioned above, we respond to every review because we are very committed to listening to our employees and taking actionable feedback when we see it.
Unfortunately, your review does not provide us with any concrete examples of behaviours or people processes which have led you to feel the way you do.
We prioritise our team's well-being. One element of this is being a dog-friendly office. Many of our employees value this when working at Uptake.
In terms of turnover, the number of people leaving Uptake due to resignation is actually lower than the national average.
Finally, I'd like to address your point regarding us asking people to add reviews to Glassdoor. We have not asked anyone to leave a review on Glassdoor.
