- whole management failure terribly - toxicity environment is totally unbearable - daily using vulgar words & inappropriate jokes - career growth only for those employees who are "favouritized" by management - horrible office politics & favoritism - long & ongoing delayed EPF & SOCSO for months - super biased and staffs being mistreated & taken for granted - no salary increment for confirmed employees - they always promise employees moon and stars verbally instead of black & white - they disregard agents opinions; they hate whenever agents speak up, instead they will be considered as rude - vaping and smoking in a closed air conditioning office - absolutely lack of professionalism - support team unskillful, unknowledgeable & unprofessional - support team only look after among themselves and they only support those agents who does not go against them - they like to shout, shame & "educate" an employee harshly in public in front of others instead of one to one session in a closed door room - they like to find unfavourable agents' fault as tiny as a mustard seed - blindly & desperately hiring candidates without a proper screening background - low salary package and no allowance or benefits whatsoever - no clinic panels, medical claim only RM50 - absurdly changing process within a short time - mixed up personal matter with work matter - cheapskate, lack of basic equipments for agents

EPF dont contribute and you will force to resign if they want you work at Cyberjaya without any notice and they will terminate anyone right away.
