      I loved working on the charge entry team. The team was made up of hard-working, collaborative professionals. We meshed together very well & always got the job done.

      Cons

      There wasn't much room for advancement as an entry level coder who wanted to move up into surgical coding.

      The doctors did a wonderful job of building professional relationships.

      Cons

      The company was operating with paper and EMR. Made for triple the work. It was difficult to propose more efficient ways to operate due to budget concerns.
