      Hard work but high rewards, people were like family, great coffee, your voice is heard and great mentorship

      Pros

      It seemed like it could be a great place to work and had real potential. Seemingly talented people with an impressive client roster.

      Cons

      Most of the employees are freelance and dont even live in miami with a few exceptions. The place is poorly run with little regard for employees and limited regard for clients.
