      *Working for difficult & HR deficient promoter personnel can be challenging *Split shifts *Payroll corrections are not paid immediately *Many coworkers disappear during shift & then still make show calls

      Pros

      It’s a cool job with fun perks of seeing behind the scenes. Keeps you busy and active. You can start green and learn a lot of new skills along the way but you have to want it as there’s too much going on for anyone to be worried about you specifically.

      Cons

      Didn’t see much room for growth. No benefits.
