Pros

In the beginning things are great. The people are great (small company) and the Owner is great. Very generous. Remote work is a plus of course. Also benefits.

Cons

Their processes and SOP’s can be irritating at times when there’s something urgent to be done when it comes to fulfilling for a client or even closing a sale. There’s like 5 people in the company. I understand processes, but let’s just get it done, and figure it out later. It has to go from this person, to this person, to this person, then to the Owner and then to the last person. Wayyyyy too many people involved over a simple client request. Owner tends to turn on you when things aren’t going great which is a complete 180 from how it starts. Especially when you’re on your way out. He goes from super generous in the beginning to like a vindictive mean person.

Pros

Structured for growth and full of opportunity. This company takes the time and patience to train from the ground up. We are provided with the tools and leadership support to feel comfortable every step of the way. In an industry full of questionable tactics, I can confidently say that Upsource has the integrity and morals that exceed any in the industry.

Cons

You must be patient and willing to learn, one step at a time, to grasp the endless relms of knowledge acquired over time.

Pros

The people. Everyone is amazing and easy to work with. Works incredible as a team and everyone is willing to help each other. We even like to hangout with each other outside of work! Happy hours, dinners, and outings! Also, this team and higher management will always hear you out. I am someone that is pretty outspoken and I always feel like I am heard. Defintily room for growth and if you are interested in another area of the company, they let you explore that. This is the first job I had out of college and I don't think I could have made a better choice. I have a lot of friends that don't enjoy going to work everyday and I can say I've never been able to relate to them.

Cons

I honestly don't think I could say anything.
