      Pros

      When I first started 4 + years ago it was a good job loved doing it. Since new management came in it went down hill quickly.

      Cons

      Management micromanages everything. Example 150.00 limit on hotel stay went over by 4.00 got reprimanded. Stay to far from job site even though everything around is sold out reprimanded again the list goes on.

      Pros

      Upside Innovations has amazing work life balance and they keep the culture alive. They truly value you as an employee and reflect that in compensation. The whole facility, shop and office, has clean and kept well.

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow, the parking spots available are decreasing but they are continuously working on the issue.
