Pros
Good pay for the work you do, no OT for sometime now. Location is not bad. Pretty simple task. Yearly bonuses aren't too bad. They tried their best to train and get everyone on board. Close to home. Free fountain drinks and coffee. Got bought out by Sawaii, a pharmaceutical company from Japan. Typical company parties, but big summer party at the Head quarters location in Maple Grove.
Cons
A lot of gray areas. Training department seems to always have an attitude or get very defensive when you question them. A lot bias leadership. Management is never around so pretty much the leads are your management(they get the say to everything, no point of having a supervisor). Once you paint a Target on your back, you'll be picked on all the time, almost like getting bullied until you quit. Everyone has their personal uniforms but they cannot provide enough uniforms to last the week.
