Pros
Very nice working environment. The pace of projects and expectations are not too stressful like all large public companies are, however that is changing soon.
Cons
Leadership is a bit weak. Depth of knowledge in their respective areas are lacking, and instead lean on their direct reports, which in many cases is also lacking.
