Pros

You (might) be able to make some decent money - but honestly, who knows.

Cons

I want to start saying that I did not go to work at this company, but I found little to to info when I applied to work here and I wanted to have some information provided for future people applying. 🚩: The job I applied to was a marketing job, but when I arrived at the office for orientation, I understood it was actually a sales job. 🚩: The definition of each job is kind of blurry and they went through it really fast. I felt like there was no space to ask questions. Answers were unclear. 🚩: Base pay is way under minimum wage, you can choose between being underpaid or being at risk of not getting paid at all. 🚩: when I asked how were the work hours, they said “not sure, I’m an entrepreneur so I don’t keep up with hours of work” - um, what? As an entrepreneur myself, this is extremely unacceptable. All I heard was “we overwork our employees and they’re underpaid”. Don’t get me wrong, I’m an entrepreneur myself, but I still have a strong base pay and my current company would never expect me to work extra without being guaranteed a pay. Saying that to someone who doesn’t understand what being an entrepreneur actually is could lead them to think it’s ok to be exploited during work. Not ok at all. 🚩: I left the office with them telling me to go in the next day but I still had so many questions and honestly had no idea what to expect from a day in the life. After feeling a little iffy with this “orientation”, I decided to look up reviews from previous employees and, well, that speaks for itself. I think there is nothing wrong with being a company that sales products on events, but it’s wrong to bring people to work there if you’re giving them the wrong expectations and leaving them confused in order to do what your company needs them to do. Giving an “option” on being underpaid or not paid at all gives a fake sense of control over the situation and it’s just shady. I saw so many red flags in one sitting I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work for a place like this.

Pros

The people! The office is full of high earners in the marketing industry. The best part is that they are all open and passionate about coaching others. I love the business trips the most. I just flew back from London with the Consultant for an award show. Idc what anyone says, you’re going to love this company if granted an opportunity. Definitely not an MLM in no way at all. You don’t pay to sign up and there’s no one over you as with MLM. It’s a normal base pay position with commissions in addition.

Cons

Interviewing process is a bit tedious and long. However, when it comes to performance based industries, it’s always competitive.

Pros

Nothing good about this company

Cons

Absolutely a scam, work way beyond said hours and receive below pay. Doesn’t care about you or family. Even when progressed to the highest level of owner you don’t actually own anything as promised. Your “company ownership” is not even in your name. All the time you are getting verbally abused
