      There is a lot of support and the onboarding process is detailed. Colleagues are open to give you feedback and to get you up to speed.

      Cons

      Low salary and not a lot of opportunities to change the role or advance.

      The staff are nice I guess.

      Cons

      They pay their staff peanuts, and give you the workload of someone being paid in thousands of dollars. And you have to work 9-5 est, I don't think it is reasonable.. especially in a remote work setting.
