Pros
Upperlake makes a considerable amount of revenue and they are not afraid to share the wealth. The position they have offer a very competitive salary, good benefits (after 60 days), and overall good people working for them
Cons
The call center leaderships is over worked and under qualified to fulfill their roles and responsibilities. There is no time nor room for development either personal or professional. The focus is all on numbers and not about the people. There is a very dismal outlook on business from leadership and it trickles down to the line level employees.
