Pros

Uplogix is a start up, and still has a young, fresh, hungry feel to it. The product continues to develop in exciting ways, and new markets are continuously being explored. It is a challenging product to support because it requires knowledge of many different platforms, routing, and, network architechture.

Cons

It has been difficult to get a feel for potential advancement at this particular organization. I have tremendous respect for senior management, I feel like they have steered the company through some very rough waters, but they are definitely lacking in good middle management. The health benefits are not as good as they used to be, and scheduling time off can be a bother.

Pros

Established company, solution has some unique capabilities, they trust their employees and give them freedom to make decisions.

Cons

Pay scale is a little below industry standards, and growth has been slow.

Pros

There are some really great people that work here. Many of the tech, engineering and support staff have been around for years - that says something. Culture is laid back but professional.

Cons

Company seems to be having a tough time making consistent sales achievements. Not much room for advancement. Company has had to weather some difficult times.
