Good work-life balance, the team feels like a family, and a great work environment. I also felt like it was a judge-free environment. There was never a moment I felt like I couldn't ask a question or speak my mind. Leadership definitely cares about the well-being of their employees.

Sometimes inconsistent, meaning there will be times when there's not a lot to do, and then there are times when there is a bunch to do in a short amount of time. Seemed like there was minimal areas for growth.
