Pros
The TAS Group is a software company trying to do sales effectiveness, but ultimately it's only real play is an acquisition by Salesforce. If you're a VC who owns shares, that's great.
Cons
The focus at The TAS Group is software, software, software, with a CEO who thinks that intuition and judgment of a sales professional can be coded into his product. I found working there to be stifling for new ideas - because the idea came from anyone other than the CEO (or his direct report who was the former CEO of InfoMentis), it wasn't worth the time. Equity sharing in the company was dismal. When InfoMentis was sold to The TAS Group, only the CEO was paid out, everyone else was shut out.
