UP is a really positive, motivating working environment for people who are self-starters, who want to get things done. The management are really empowering and encouraging with an impressive depth of knowledge in their fields. All the team are keen to collaborate, learn from each other and improve their own knowledge and skills.

As long as you want to get things done and don't need hand-holding, you'll do well!
