      Lack of clarity and transparency in the job profile Co-founder is super toxic, unethical and plays politics. Some senior leader are manipulative and play dirty games.

      Recently they have started providing good pay for new hires, backed by upgrad. Certain managers are friendly

      Cons

      No work ethics and leaders have no market knowledge. Everyday its only about achieving monthly target. They would never bother to sign good customers or building existing clients
