Pros

Although I am no longer working with Upflex, I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 years I spent working on the Marketing team. I worked under some incredible talent and was able to learn and grow in a fast-paced start-up environment. The leadership at Upflex was exceptional and although we were a remote-first team, there were always opportunities to get involved and feel part of a strong team. Thank you Christophe, Ginger, and Alex for a great 2-years. I wish you nothing but the best!

Cons

For me personally, I was a UK based employee of a US based company. I would have loved to have more opportunities presented to me for in-person team meets. Understandably, this is not always easy.

Pros

I speak with companies actively trying to manage hybrid work, and conversations are productive because I’m not pushing something abstract—most prospects already see the need. The remote work option makes it much easier for me to maintain a good work/life balance. The compensation package and commissions are good, which is always motivating.

Cons

Sales cycles are on the longer side, so commissions don’t come as quickly as I'd like.

The company and the products have a lot of potential.

Cons

- There is a deep level of dishonesty throughout this company. - Lies seem to shape everything here from top to bottom. - Unethical business practices happen on a regular basis and leadership at the very top is seen as driving it. - Employees were completely blindsided from the start with no transparency at all. - Trust becomes impossible in an environment like this, and it leaves you constantly questioning everything you are told.
