Pros

UpdatePromise is a company where leaders are built, not just hired. Over the past 9 years, I’ve watched (and helped) this organization transform into a fast-paced, mission-driven company with a clear vision: redefining the consumer experience in automotive service. The culture here is collaborative, resilient, and full of people who care deeply about their work and each other. If you're someone who thrives in a high-growth environment where your voice matters and your work has real impact, you'll fit in well here.

Cons

Change is constant—and that’s not a cliché. Being a nimble company means priorities shift quickly, and new challenges arise often. For some, that can feel overwhelming. Success here requires adaptability, self-motivation, and a mindset geared toward growth. If you're looking for routine or a slow-moving environment, this may not be the best fit.

Pros

UpdatePromise is a place where Intrapreneurs have an opportunity to truly excel. I started as a consultant many years ago and made the choice to become a part of the permanent team because of the Vision, Mission and Opportunity!

Cons

The Company is changing the industry it serves, and this is no easy task. The mission is filled with both opportunity and challenges. You must be willing to get outside your comfort zone and challenge yourself,

Pros

If you're single and starting out the benefits and travel can be exciting, you can get a lot of experience and connections and the job is rewarding.

Cons

Work-life balance, long hours, dizzying changes to everything frequently, no real advancement opportunities to speak of.
