Small company culture - Recruiter Update Legal Employee Review

Update is a small company and everyone gets to work together on a daily basis so you develop great relationships with your co-workers! There are opportunities to grow here and if you approach a manager with an idea they will listen to you. Management listens when you bring up problems and they try to help you work through them. As a recruiter you get to meet a lot of great candidates and management is always on-board when you want to do something for them (such as treats in the office, cards, etc.). Hours are good and they are flexible when you need time off!
