This use to be a decent place to work however since they began to try and take a bigger piece of the pie and act like giants in the sector and they started micro managing i have seen so many amazing and hardworking and dedicated staff leave. Some of the management team are really narrow tight and selfish in their approach to be the become a market leader, and they don't really care about collateral damage, ''if they want to leave let them leave'' their exact words, their use to be loyalty and recognition to hard workers now they think a round of drinks will fix it or a bag of crisps come on guys what happen to you, take a look in the mirror, is this how you would want to be treated, no prospects no rewards no heating no A/C no point

- Some good people/colleagues -Good HR personnel - Good dream selling -could be for individual with no experience -CEO trying to be more involved

- Underpaid -Terrible senior management - Micromanaging - Mr potatohead aka CFO -High turn over -Clearly a money grab with no stress on delivering quality service - Management who dont know the systems but are managing a team ? -CFO should stick to eating donuts or something - Bad environment if you have personality/ will squeeze the life out of you - If you're a robot it might work for you though? - No sense of direction or organisation, train is heading for a destination that the passengers are unaware of
