Company Review - Account Manager UpRoar Partners Employee Review

Matt and Josh are some of the best leaders in the game today. I worked for this company for a little over a year, and still to this day have a lasting relationship with the leadership team here, they always go above and beyond to help their team succeed. I had so much growth personally and professionally, that would not have been possible without the amazing people here. Team culture is amazing as well, everyone gets along great and the make it a point to have fun as well as get job done.

Morning meeting at 8 am SHARP daily.

Very few pros- remote but not flexible

Micromanaging is a very common occurrence at this company. Within your first week your boss is repeatedly calling your personal phone. Upper Management seemingly does nothing. There were times where they would go out golfing for a couple hours during work hours. They also encourage working before & after work hours with Team meetings and trainings. Many Employees have left due to burnout and poor management. Pay is below market standard for most positions, no 401k, health insurance is okay. Company also isn't amazing at what it does as far as staffing and recruiting,
