Pros

- Good location and offices. - Some nice projects. - If you want to do what you're told and don't want to be involved it can work for you. - Some people really want to improve things there for artists, I hope they succeed. - Permanent contracts with good benefits.

Cons

- You won't stay there long if you are passionate and want to push your shots and tools, which was my case. - Some projects I wish I never worked on - Producers don't seem to know much about how artists work, this will result in a lot of stress, unrealistic expectations and counter-productive pressure to push renders for reviews. - Small core team that was there since the company started won't trust newcomers that much. - The leads and supervisors were almost all doing unpaid extra hours when I was there, and a lot of artists were following their example. - Don't get me wrong they have some good leads and supervisors, but they also have some leads who are just not good with people. It seems they are judging who should be higher in rank only by their ability to do extra hours. - Workflow and pipeline is in the hand of very few people there, with no meetings to include other people or even share their plans.
