Pros

Most of the lower level employees were great people to work with. The customers were a pleasure to work with.

Cons

They don't care how hard you work or how happy you make the customers they'll fire you for no reason without notice. I watched the 5 best employees in this company get let go for no reason. One of them was with the company over 10 years and no notice just "you're fired". If you have any talent do not apply to this company. The Chief Product Officer doesn't care about the customers, just $$$. Go read the forums and see how he replies to customers for examples. This company will flop or get bought out in the next 2 years. RIP Untangle.

Pros

There's not a day that goes by that I'm not learning something new so there's tons of opportunities to grow. Management is very open about what's going in the company. They don't try to hide why decisions were made and they actively seek your input in those decisions. Hybrid work environment so you can stay home if you want or come into the office. Untangle is just big enough that finances are secure but not so big that you'll feel like just a number. Right on Pearl St in Boulder if that's your thing Snacks and drinks provided at office. Team lunches

Cons

Infrastucture could use improvements, but don't we all? Not much of a break/snack room Right on Pearl St in Boulder if being downtown isn't your thing

Pros

Some interesting coworkers/products to work with/on

Cons

Lolz, well despite the obvious "positive review campaign" they recently pushed upon employees (again), here's the truth: Lack of transparency from C-levels, SS/DD in every all-hands/Town Hall; Shady OEM partners; Globally-dispersed small company with leadership that thinks people "need to be in the office" in 2021 (even though they're not in an office themselves); More products than QA can handle (which is why they quietly outsourced a lot of it to cheap contractors in India); Overall sales have plateaued/hit the wall, yet they keep their entrenched sales "leadership", regardless of numbers or failures or breaches of vendor contract(s); Reduced annual raises for employees in 2021, even though they kept the Co. profitable during a pandemic; Absolutely zero culture/community involvement (Repeatedly told me "no" about organizing charitable donations during the holidays/etc.) :/
