Pros

Most of the operational staff are great.

Cons

Awful company to work for. They pride themselves on staff training but need to work on retention. Company is run by an immature man baby who throws his toys from his pram if he doesn't get his own way. Culture of bullying from director level with a HR dept which isn't fit for purpose and are far from being impartial. Just look at the staff turnover in 2018 alone. Close to 50%!! Unless you are really desperate I suggest you avoid like the plague.

Pros

Most of the employees are nice

Cons

The company is family run, which makes it difficult to raise concerns fairly. Senior leadership (family members in director roles) are untouchable, regardless of behaviour, in my opinion. I personally experienced behavior from someone at director level that I found inappropriate and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I raised this formally, I did not feel supported. Despite reporting the issue, I was asked to serve my full three-month notice period, which I found difficult in that environment so I therefore chose to resign with immediate effect. I didn’t feel that the companies HR department handled my grievance impartially. In my opinion I feel that they trap people with a 3 month notice, even for junior roles that can easily be filled, making it difficult for employees to leave challenging situations. As a company they are supposed to have a duty of care for employees, however in my experience, I don’t think this duty was fulfilled.
