Pros
I read the reviews here before interviewing and what led me to except employment based on what I read is one gets to handle their own projects! That is the biggest advantage compared to about 99% of the way other firms do business! You're for the most part your own drafter, designer, job captain & project manager. Of course your boss oversees you progress & works with you progressing the project but you are your own boss pass that. (yes, you will get assistance once the project is close to a deadline & if you're behind) The projects I saw personally & in progress while working at the company were not "just deli's & small residential". It was anything but that; a VERY LARGE DELI, a 9 floor residential building, prestigious exhibition space & other fine design quality projects in the early stages of development with other projects coming into play as well.
Cons
For me it was the Korean language spoken throughout the office and in the project related emails. I have told Ji about it and he took note of that. He work on improving himself and his business structure. Other types of Cons are listed here in plenty, truthful or exaggerated is something for one to believe for themselves. I am the type of person that speaks back when spoken to so I get by a bit different with employers and suggest same for others. (no point being a push over) PS. I wrote this review because I wanted to & for no other reason. (I left because I found something that relates more to my experience & field of practice)
