      Pros

      People are always rewarded for performance not tenure. Great positive morale. Best craft beer selection in the industry.

      Cons

      Menu too big. New food supplier can't handle our volume, they short every delivery since they have taken over.

      Pros

      The latest they close is at 1am on the weekends, and the money is great. Lots of loyal regulars due to the service and great happy hour specials.

      It’s a job so there’s that. Lol
