What’s even more disappointing is that this is all coming from a so-called “leader” who recently became a parent himself — you’d expect at least a hint of empathy. Management at Unloan is a toxic echo chamber. Promotions aren’t earned through performance but through favoritism, flattery, and inside jokes. There’s no real support: if you speak up, you’re marked as a problem; if you keep your head down, they assume you’re not contributing — you truly can’t win here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This company’s days are likely numbered anyway, especially considering they’ve already faced legal action from a former employee over misconduct.
