Managers really care about your personal goals. I like the structure here, makes my job easier. The company wide paid days off each quarter are also great.

You need to be a fast learner because things move quick and there’s not a lot of hand holding.

Crazy to say but I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this company. I’ve been in car sales for years and wanted to try something different..Mike and Luisa were professional, kind, careing and very understanding. They worked with me in every aspect, to teach me, work with my hours if I had anything to do with my sons, etc etc. When we parted ways it was extremely professional and I still keep in contact with Mike to this day sometimes. After I left, months later I got a call saying they still owed me money on an old deal of mine. Super honest and transparent about everything. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to get into that industry. I loved working for them unfortunately it just wasn’t meant for me..
