When I joined they did not have an internal Recruiter and they decided to move it in house. They let me use my experience to build out processes to improve their recruitment efforts and help with retention. All the hiring manager have been very appreciative and a pleasure to work with. Upper managers show appreciation for your hard work and are there to support you. Huge room for growth within the company.

Being able to work remotely is great. Employee Benefits includes Resources in Health, Finance and Personal Growth. Interaction and collaboration with colleagues through "Teams" are productive and insightful. UT Management conducts an "All Hands" meeting providing Employees with updates on the Company's overall goals, Safety talks, Team accomplishments & Individual recognition. As a member of the Cultural Committee, we celebrate diversity and culture of our Employees, create fun activities for Employees throughout the year, Employees are encouraged to participate in work-out challenges with Motion Connected earning prizes, discounts through Hub Benefits. UT ensures we have On-line cybersecurity safety prevention training and various Employee workplace webinars.
