Genuinely care about staff , morally and ethically sound place of work. Friendly workplace that strives to develop and progress staff with a huge investment in their progress
Cons
Generally offer 12 month contracts however they always fought to keep staff on longer . I worked there for 4 years on an initial 12 month contract
