Direct teammates in the shop were very kind and hardworking
Cons
Owners take advantage of hardworking staff by forcing long hours with low pay. Salaried managers were forced to work 60-80 hour weeks which amounted to less than minimum wage. The remote micromanagement from NYC is ridiculous (watching on cameras to see if staff is sitting, needing to text them every single ticket for each purchase, etc.)
