Pros
My first conversation with the CEO, Charles Fisher, is what sold me on the company. Charles is not only an exceptional and inspiring leader, but also one who strives for clarity, speed of execution and transparency. Ask him anything, and he will give you his unfiltered and honest take on the state of affairs. This has set the tone for the rest of company, which has a culture of writing, to drive collaboration and communication across a variety of team. The CEO has also built a leadership team that helps fill in his own gaps. To me, that's the hallmark of great leadership. As a CEO, you have to have an absolute first-class view of where the world is going, and Charles is great at sharing his vision with the world in a way that is accessible and understandable. If you're looking for strong leaders, inspiring and hard working co-workers, and a team that is working to create a better future to every human on earth, this is where you should be.
Cons
- Unlearn is working on something new, and there are bound to be bumps. If you are looking for 3-5 year plans and goals, this isn't the place for me. We move fast (or at least we try), iterate, kill as much as we create, and persevere when things get hard.
