The business culture is toxic, driven by politics, poor communication, there is no clear vision, no long-term planning, and no meaningful support for staff who want to deliver. If you're looking for a place to grow your career, work with capable leaders, or feel genuinely supported this is not the place. I would strongly advise others to think twice before joining.
