      1. The learning curve can be good depending on type of role 2. Exposure to challenging stuff from the beginning which can be turned into a great opportunity 3. Had worked with some great people during my tenure

      1. Salary not standardized 2. Unrealistic deadlines 3. No compensations for working overtime 4. No benefits 5. Management and HR - Poor 6. Nothing like Work Ethics, Work Culture

      I honestly can't think of one.

      Cons

      First job ever. Low pay. Had to work shifts. Assigned to a workplace with relatively unhelpful colleagues. Had to work weekends occasionally too for that 2k. No bonus whatsoever.
