The work time is strict, 8 am - 5 pm with 30 min lunch. It is a really stressful job, quite some negative but no positive feedback is given, they use the "classic" waterfall model. with absolutely no teamwork you need to figure everything out by yourself or you are wasting the other developers time, you will work with direct "orders" from your boss, it is quite usual if you get yelled at by your boss or to be humiliated in front of your colleges with normal toned but really degrading material if something is not ready on time or if they are in a bad mood. It is really humiliating, that your superiors could almost say and do anything to you so you will try to work harder and harder until it is enough. The owner of the company visits the IT department every day and it has no good effect on the atmosphere of the office. Your salary can be better at first, but a bigger percentage of it is a "premium" that will not be paid by them during your trial period, or in the month you quit, or based on your contract, almost anytime when they dont want to pay it. It is a really bad environment to develop efficient and clean code and to grow to be a better developer. I recommend this company to no one.
