      Nothing much, used to be nice

      Bad management, unequal pay, unfair rewards, no salary review, 5+ layoff rounds so far, old school, bad communication, too many wrong ceos, high pressure, overtime, old school hour tracking, no progress, no training or on-boarding, etc.
