      Comfortable environment, pretty campus, excellent healthcare, good treatment of postdoctoral scholars, reasonable teaching loads

      Middling pay with rising costs of living, relatively little research support, some degree of campus-wide over reliance on postdoc positions rather than faculty hiring

      Pros

      Benefits are great and very reasonable for employee contribution.

      Cons

      Pay is not as good as it should be especially because this is the biggest employee in Rochester! Also, the diversity in this company is horrible. The morral is terrible and African americans do not get equal playing field as others.
