      great field teams doing good work and some very dedicated technical staff. new President is trying to turn things around.

      Cons

      new people being brought in are not necessarily the most qualified, or best suited for the job, but they are given positions because they know someone on the inside. it is a good old boys club.

      Pros

      The company has a wealth of expertise in its workforce. Most employees have a graduate degree.

      Cons

      The organization has a bottleneck in its workforce. There are highly experienced people in leadership (20+ years, MDs, PhDs, etc.), very few mid-career employees, and many junior professionals. Both the leadership and the junior professionals are aware of this bottleneck.
