      Pros

      Autonomy in practice, physician support is tremendous , CME allotment is generous. The mid-level group is pretty great to work with. Lots of mutual support.

      Cons

      Management is unconcerned about employee satisfaction. More concerned about making their bonuses rather than paying people what they are worth.

      Excellent place to work! Co-workers and supervisors are very friendly and they all feel like family.
