      Pros

      Working with a great bunch of people, everyone working together to make sure jobs are done on time. Also having a great manager.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't seem to understand what we do. Also what is involved with keeping the machines running. Trying to get jobs done short handed. Moved to Westwood so it doubled the commute for a lot of people. With no added pay that's why a lot of us left.

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere with very nice people, considerable employee loyalty (many employees have been there for decades), company has a solid if not growing position in the marketplace.

      Cons

      Printing is becoming a commodity business. The firm struggles to escape the trap of being forced to shave pennies per piece off of printing transactions. Employee benefits are also limited (e.g., company pays only 40% of health insurance premiums, no 401k match, stingy PTO policy).
